The second question: On my other domains I noticed that the phrase "biggest cock ever" consistently showed up in logs over many years. So I reckoned it should be good as a domain name. I bought biggestcockever.net (com was not available), but now I am not sure what to do with it. lol
Would a blog be a good idea? Or free sites with lots of text so that Search Engines pick it up?

That's a good question. I think the technically correct answer is simply to start at the base of the shaft on the top side of the penis - where the penis extends from the groin/pubic bone (pardon the pun).
It's maybe more informative how people exaggerate or cheat when measuring. Finding this place on the underside of the penis is very subjective because whatever the anatomy is called, the penis extends far into the groin it seems. When a cock is very hard, you can feel it sometimes right down behind the testicles or farther. So some people would erroneously measure from that.
Another way to cheat is to stretch the penis and extend that gap between the pubic bone on top and the start of the penis. Or measure beyond the pubic bone.
