Boys who grew up as lower class - most likely from parents without jobs. they grew up and still live on a "council estate" - you would call that the projects - although - we are talking Caucasian here - so in the US it would probably be a trailer park. Bjorn is correct on their attire: tracksuits - trainers - baseball caps - mobile phone, they usually also are skinny - young - spots on their face and arse and usually have a thin but long cock

Actually I think there are two types of scally and chav. Straight and Gay. You get alot of gay guys who just think its a sexy look and try to emulate it.

I would disagree with Bjorns assumption that most of them are ugly, I have a bit of a thing for chavs and scally boys. Id agree a large cut of them are ugly but there are definitely alot of hot ones out there!

For those not knowing, an ASBO is an Anti Social Behavour Order where they get banned from going into town centres or doing whatever it is they do to piss everyone off. They work 50% of the time apparently but you can go to prison for breaking them.
