"Jack off fantasy"?

If "a wank" is "a jerk" in American, and a "wank fantasy" is a fantasy you like to jack off to, would you say "jerk off fantasy" or "jack off fantasy" in America? Or does it not work out that way?

Would Americans understand the term "wank fantasy"?

You could say jerk off or jack off fantasy, I think it's just a preference in words. Some say tomato some say tomahto.

Wank fantasy sounds a bit odd to me. I might use 'have a wank.' I think most Americans would still get what you mean. But if you pitching to a largely American audience I think anything that would cause them to stumble could affect your sales. I might just tend to Americanize it.

Yeah Ill americanize it as much as I can. Of course pushing Blake Mason "wank" might go better for me as it is a Brit Porn site.

I would say jerk off is more common. Though as Michael said, it's really a choice of words.
