We had a single $524.95 charge back for webcam purchases over the past several months from a single customer. When confronted with the fact that he had given his phone number to a chat host and very clearly indicated how much he wanted a hired companion to put large foreign objects in his rectum, he was a bit shocked. He was eager to take care of the misunderstanding. He had no idea why the credit card company charged it back. I suggested he simply pay us directly rather then involved the card company further. "After all, it wouldn't be discrete to provide them all this personal information in order that we prove that the transactions were valid".
Sometimes the good guys do win. :D

Congrats! It's not often adult merchants win in chargeback situations and it's good to see that you were able to obtain enough information to guilt the money out of him.
It's such a shame that the system allows guys like this to scam online adult merchants simply because they can.
