What is considered an attractive sale percentage for cam sites that operate on the ppm model? We keep getting asked to offer one but the only way we could do this for selected affiliates would be to offer 50% of the initial sale (the performer gets between 50 and 60%). That seems to be the way that other muscle ppm operate. Any ideas?

flirt4free (video secrets) pays 50% on recurring VIP memberships along with 20-30% on purchases of time. I don't remember the break point, but its around $1000 to get to 30%
Most of the other are either PPS or revshare, and I think the revshare amount is in the 20% range. The PPS amount changes with the weather, so maybe $50 one week and $100 the next, but you have to do a lot of "free signups" to get to the $100 level.
