Im seeing that everywhere lately. Is that a software program I can buy? I want that on my site.

I didn't look check out what exactly fling is doing, but it most likely some kind of layering like dhtml with javascript like this here:

Anybody doing well with this promo tool?
When I first saw it several months ago, i thought shit I didn't have msn on..i must get a spyware from this site...and just closed the browser straight away lol

I did try it with Fling. Lots of clicks but not even any free sign ups. People who do click just close the page down when they realise they have been tricked. At least thats my experience of it. Their probably also less likely to click other ads or stay on my site as a result, so I got rid of it.

btw if you want that exact model as they use on the site you listed , you can just download the code from there and modify it to suit your own needs...
