I am talking about funds stolen off my paypal debit card when it was stolen in november, not a bad ebay purchace, they promise 100% replacement like all cards, and as soon as my card was stolen and used (without my pin#??) for $400+ I called paypal and got the info i needed and immediatly faxed the info required to their fax # they told me to send it to, then i recieved a confirmation email dec 12th, saying they had recieved all the documents and they were being proccessed. Now in late Jan or early Feb I forget it had been so long I called paypal to see when my money would be replaced, and got a run around for over an hour, and then was told that the security people that handle that are not able to talk to customers and i could not call or email them and would just have to wait, well, it's now nearing the end of march and I want my F'ing money already!
Anyone know a trick or a higher level # or email to contact?? This is insane at this point, I was told because it happened around the holidays they were backed up but this is approching 6months.:grrr::grrr::whip::bang:
