Gaybucks_Chip: Please Moderate This

Please get with AJ and ask him to pay us the tiny amount that is still past due for sales we sent before we stopped promoting your sites.

I've tried and tried to get this resolved but AJ simply gives one excuse after another for not paying and then ignores follow up Emails.

I am not aware of the specifics of your situation, however, AJ NEVER ignores emails, and we've never failed to pay someone when they were due.

He is not in the office now, but as soon as I reach him, we will address this issue immediately. I apologize for the inconvenience.

AJ told me when I was trying to get hold of him that he has trouble with spam arrest. Its one of the reasons ive stopped using that service. Maybe a mac thing? When I mailed him with a different email he replied ok.

That may be a reason?

My last Email to AJ was dated March 04, 2008 which has gone unanswered.

He has ignored Emails, he has lied, and has failed to pay what is due.

I'd be more than glad to post all Email correspondence regarding this issue. Including those that have gone unanswered & those that include bold face lies.

Seth, while i can very much understand your frustration, i expect that aj's spam filter is at least part of the problem - which would mean he's not ignoring emails. unfortunately i've had many emails go unanswered from many webmaster due to this issue :(


please give chip a little time to deal with this. you're the first person i've ever heard of with an issue with gaybucks, and i expect it will be resolved shortly.

My frustration comes from the fact that this has been going on since November of last year and I'm tired of dealing with it. I will wait to hear back from Chip before posting any more details.

I've never been one to flame or call people names on the boards. I've made every attempt to resolve this privately via Email and PM (on another board). However, I won't hesitate to call people out when necessary.

Im going to shock everyone and stick up for Chips business here. Gaybucks are an honest company.

I didnt use to keep an eye on sponsor payouts (I do now btw!), I contacted AJ on a totally non payment related issue, and he replied mentioning that some checks he had sent me hadnt been cashed. They never got to me. Now he didnt have to mention that as I was none the wiser, and imo, if AJ, Chip or Gaybucks were on the fiddle, they would never vounteer that info.

In later comminications it came out that AJ was trying to email me, but my spam blocker was deleting the emails.

AJ and Chip will sort this out, im certain.

Via Email, AJ has just promised final payment. I have no reason to believe he won't follow through this time.

Again, I want to reiterate that my original post was not my first attempt to get this resolved. Not by a long shot. The conversation between myself and AJ has been going on since November with only a partial payment & no final resolution.

Basschick, I'd appreciate it if you & the other moderators would leave this post up as it is clearly not a flame as previously suggested. It's about a horrible experience with a sponsor which I tried and tried again to resolve privately. I believe it should now remain public.

As for fedex or postal mail, that's entirely up to AJ.

The check in question was received today. Thank you AJ & Chip for resolving this by releasing the final payment. That's all I ever asked for in the first place.
