Can anyone tell me how to unlock or knock a firewall for PC?

On my Mac, I just knock by using Terminal, and I telnet the IP. What is the procedure for PC?

Ok, nevermind. Apparently it is the same as a MAC, only instead of "terminal" you pc people have a MS-DOS prompt. Otherwise it is the same.
