I personally don't mind either pre-checked or not pre-checked x-sells above the submit button.

But, I think your survery is worded wrong as #4 required an answer to submit, but you were only suppose to answer if you voted yes on #3? A little confusing.

the survey is missing a couple things. you might want to ask how many people are currently sending traffic but would consider sending more traffic if the cross sales weren't on the join page. also i expect that the payout would be less for a tour that is both crosssale free and popup free, so you might want to include that info somewhere.

I do advertise your sites even if I don't like xsells. I would have prefered to have no xsells. and choosen it if it was available. Simply because I dont like them as a surfer and dont want to force it on my visitors.
