Saw this animated tag cloud on a blog and went hunting to find out how to get one for myself: http://www.roytanck.com/2008/03/06/wordpress-plugin-wp-cumulus-flash-based-tag-cloud/

Pretty cool!

lol It is nice, depends a bit on your theme if it'll work in the sidebar, but I been using it for a bit now, and it does, well make for fun. See Here (http://gaystoryman.com/fiction/).

Key is to make sure you adjust the size when placing in a sidebar, though you can have it on it's own page.

Are you able to tell if folks use it? I can't see putting it on a different page, sort of takes away the purpose of having it.

I use it on three sites, and have gotten a few emails on it, one said it made him go cross eyed, but he was trying to be funny. I don't use it on a separate page, but the plugin author has it as being recommended. Not sure why.

The few feedback I've gotten have enjoyed it. It does change direction with the mouse, and speed too, which is a nice gimmick. I think at the plugin author's page there is a stand alone script for sites but not certain. You'd have to get the link from the wordpress plugin repository.

I meant more about tracking clicks, but getting that sort of feedback is great!

I used that widget too for a while and thought it was cool. Unforunately when we moved to php 5.2.6 it stopped working.

when going for the download, it's saying compatible with 2.6.3 -- sounds like a newer version than you had perhaps?
