if you're already a board member and want to see a popup whenever you have a new private message, here's how to do it:
* click User Settings above this message
* go to Edit Options
* tick Show New Private Message Notification Pop-up
and you're all set! if you need help or want me to do it for ya, just hit me with a PM and i'll take care of it :)
new users will now have this option on when they sign up.
