Hi, as you know I moved to a new host, and all is going well. I am able to FTP to it no problem, but when CCBill is trying to load the scripts, they are telling me that they keep getting the error "Server Unreachable".
Any ideas what this might be?

DNS propagation. Whomever they're using for DNS hasn't yet refreshed cache and they're still pointing to the old server.
If they're directly logging in to set it up, you should be able to have them replace the URL (tropixxxvip.com) with the IP address (216.12.160.238) and keep everything else (login/password) the same and they should be able to get in... but if their script is calling some other file or script on your domain, they won't be able to test it till their DNS cache is updated.

Thanks. I asked them to replace the URL with the IP address. Hopefully that will solve it.

They are telling me that even with the IP address they are getting the same error. Any other thoughts?

Wait till about 10pm and call ccbill and ask for Josh or Brandon. They are absolute topnotch technical people, my experience is that some of the daytime call staff leaves something to be desired when it comes to troubleshooting problems like this. Or, on day shift, talk to Emmanuel.
My guess is there's a line in the script that's calling the domain, which isn't resolving, and the person working on the issue at ccbill isn't noticing this.

I was told that those people are no longer in the department. I tried calling again today and asked for Emmanuel, and was also told he was no longer in the department.
It has been over 24 hours now and CCBill still cant seem to connect to my server, even though I have had several friends all over the country connect via FTP with no problems.
Does anyone else have any suggestions on what I could try?
I asked CCBill to email me the script, and instructions on how to install it, and they did, but the script was missing a few folders so I was unable to do it. I emailed them back, and they told me that they would just do it for me, which they just now tell me that they still can't connect to the server.
Ugh.

Shit.
Shows how long it's been since I've had a major support issue.
I'm glad you finally got your issue resolved. Maybe someone who regularly talks to ccbill can tell us who the new "go-to" guys are :)
