I know i have lots of questions these days but was wondering if anyone uses this program mates in the UK think i need to start using it as it allows for more team work with visual studio 2008 and i think they said silver light but i am a bit cautios in this learning curve. your thoughts??

Never heard of it.
For me, I've never had any need for anything else other than Dreamweaver and Fireworks. All of gaydemon and all my other sites are created from scratch with those two programs.
Sometimes its also maybe better to keep it simple. If you really need collaboration and sharing of work, then maybe. But if not, then dont complicate it.
