I want to get a promo video made. Where can I go?

I want to get a really nice video made of my site. I want a video that's about 20 seconds that shows some of the features of my site, but edited so it has some hot music and makes my site look exciting.
Just taking some of the hot video clips, search, and chat room features etc into a small teaser clip.

Who can do this? Any idea how much this would cost?
