I know youtube can be a real pain to search. But, do any of you actually search youtube for "informational" purposes. There are actually some video from business conferences on there. For example,

Lists some half decent SEO videos. One user is actually from Google himself and made some videos where he talked about code compliance and how it affects you ranking.

Kinda fun to watch. Some are REAL basic, while other are much more involved.

That's a link to some decent adsense videos. Some of these guys are making the big bucks.
