I checked on one of my busiest domains and it reports ~55K visits for Sept, while my webalizer says ~400K visitors for that month.

According to this site Gay Porn Pig is three times busier than Gay Demon, and in the past month, my site is actually five times busier than Gay Demon.
And I know this is completely not true.
My own traffic stats are also way off compared to what I'm pulling out of my traffic logs.
They apparently only give estimates on US traffic, but even removing all my non-US traffic from my log stats, they're still way off.

On two of my sites at the top they have a disclaimer stating that they have limited data, so the estimates are rough.
The traffic on both of them was way off.
The keywords on one of them were spot on, the keywords for the other site were completely off.
You have to really wonder what their sources are on keyword analytics when one is completely right, and the other completely wrong. Somewhat odd.

Its way off for gaydemon.com (if i compare to my google analytics stats):
http://siteanalytics.compete.com/gaydemon.com+jakecruise.com+strong-men.com/?metric=uv
Thats about 1/3 - 1/4 of the real amount of visitors. Being 60-70% off is just tragic, its so unreliable that the whole service they offer is pointless.
With being so inaccurate, i doubt anything can be said from that stats they have. Not even trends.

This shows how inaccurate they are even better:

According to them JUB and Gaydemon is about the same size, which is just silly. JUB is by far the largest site.
