Have you given thought to self-publishing? I just did it myself through www.lulu.com. It was a bit involved, only because you have to think like a designer, making sure you have the right format, the proper amount of pages to make sure everything aligns where it should. However, the process overall was simple. And the best is that because it is print-on-demand, it doesn't cost you anything but the amount of 1 book for proofing purposes.

Afterwards, if you like what you've put together, you can even get your ISBN which is $100.00 That way you're book is available through Amazon and it can also be ordered through any major retailer.
