Not sure. Are you? In NYC there is a bar where all four stalls are separate in the back. Lots of privacy as well as a mirror above the stalls. You get the idea. And this is a classy bar.

In the US it is different than other parts of the world. We are WAY behind. I have jerked off to porn on my iphone. Though i was watching it with someone I just met. It was kinda cool.

I think you are a minority. I can barely stand to load google on my phone, which has to be the easiest site to load. I wouldn't dare attempt to jerk off to some pictures on it that take forever to load and are so tiny.
