Is it true that there's no webmaster referral codes for CCBill-based affiliate programs? Someone just asked me which programs I'd recommend and there's one that's CCBill based that's done well for me (out of many - ugh!) and I can't find the referral code. But then again, I've never looked before and can't remember ever having seen them with CCBill...

You can setup a referral program with CCbill if the program owner chooses.

many ccbill programs have webmaster referral links - including mine. some don't, but sometimes they'll throw one up if you ask.

I'd prefer that they didn't throw up on me.

I've contacted the sponsor. Thanks for the input!

We don't have a webmaster referral program. I just never thought it was necessary.

It's working too. I referred another webmaster and he had my affiliate code show up on his sign up email as Partner Referral: 1775846

Why you think so? Webmaster referral is a good way to have some more affiliates and to let's your affiliate have an incentive to suggest their friends your affiliate program

Thanks TigerMom... I think that's what I needed... I can dissect what I need out of that and use it for various programs. If they have a referral program, great. If not, oh well...

All you seem to have done is take the basic site referral link and add an HTML parameter to the affiliate join page... Cool

but that only works if the sponsor has set up a webmaster referral program. some don't - i would defnitely check first.

Understood... The person I'm giving the referrals to is a bit of a porn legend here in New York. It's more about doing a favor than making money. If they have the webmaster referral program set up, great, if not, then at least I was useful and the link will work...

I know that, and I'm sure I didn't come up with the link myself. Not sure where I got it from though, maybe from another affiliate that I signed under?

xstr8guy, could you please check and see if you do have the referral enabled in your program?

Tigermom, I think you may be a little confused about this page. We have no payouts configured for affiliate referrals. That page you linked to is simply a place for affiliates to join our program. Nowhere do we state that you will earn a percentage for referring affiliates.

I'll look at our CCbill admin and see if I can change the settings for you so you will earn a referral percentage for that affiliate. Can you PM me your affiliate details and your referred affiliate's ID?

We have plenty of affiliates already since I post quite frequently on the gay boards. And new affiliates join every week. We just don't see the need for it really. It's as simple as that.

We have not added a referral program, but are considering it. We had a couple folks ask about it in the last two days but they were the first ones to ever write in about it.

One of them was me. I didn't identify myself as rawTOP though... ;)

Hmmm, I don't think I ever put together a ccbill link in my life :p So, I know I grabbed it from someone who was using the full version and I just switched the ref code. I'll PM you my ID and the ID of the guy who signed under me. No rush, he's a total newbie and we have to see if he makes any sales ever...
