To all you paysite owners, if you had the chance to go back in time and do one thing different, what would it be?
When I ran my paysites I didn't have a CMS. I think that would be the one thing that I would REALLY do different.

CMS for sure and learn how to generate traffic before starting a paysite.

a CMS and NATS (or a similar quality affiliate management script where you have full control) are both musts!

Agree with Chubbs, learn traffic more first, (of course what worked in traffic when I started my first paysite no longer works)...
Chosen a niche with broader appeal and easier to get models for...then not now.. of course now you have to go with niche to have any hope of making money...then you could have, and we did, sold bad .jpg's of just about anything and made money...

Those were the days.... I loved when asianguys was the only asian paysite... $$$
