Has anyone found any good CMS that works well with creating and managing Free or AVS sites?
I've tried to look around for any type of software that does manage smaller sites or anything that could possible work.
There are several good TGP programs, but there seems to be none for smaller sites..
Does anyone know of such a program?

I think Luke mentioned that the guys at blog organizer have one. Haven't checked it yet. He will know best. though he may still be recovering from his birthday. :)

Thax, I will check that all out. I use a template system that I created, I am not sure how anything really supposed to be done LOL. I do need to find ways to clean up the process, do you know how other types of sites run? This kind of thing is just not what I am good with but I would like to start to learn as much as possible here

See I don’t know Bro, Not sure I like this much. I can do more with FrontPage, and a good template. Only really have problems with changing the head tags for each page. Is their something easy I can use to do this and integrate it into my template?
I need more control than I think this would offer IMO, but would like to streamline everything as much as possible.

Just a quick thought...
(As most of mine are!)
For that kind of traffic, you really want something like ColdFusion, which uses templates and a database to generate static HTML pages you upload.
The reason is that you'll drive your server bonkers with hundreds or thousands of database accesses per hour - and things will get sluggish at that point.
I've tried Mambo and a few other free offerings, and they're great for small low-traffic situations but not much good for free sites.
