I am trying to get a new RSS feed only blog network set up and need to know the difference in BO vs. BA

Correct me if I am wrong, but with BO you can load up all you blogs with RSS feeds from one admin. But in doing so, the blogs that have the same feeds will all have duplicate content.

Where if you have BA, you can pull all the RSS feeds together into one database and then randomly pull posts from that DB for each blog in the network. Right?

Please help.

you can randomly pull RSS feed posts from either BO or BA. When it was first developed, BO was targeted at those wanting to make blogs, whereas BA was targeted at those wanting to run existing blogs. However, the last big update to BO changed this and kaktusan put most of the BA functionality into BO. So, I think that if you have BO, you don't need BA.

Got em both installed and am off and running!!! Will hopefully have 70 out of 300 new blogs up and running in a week. Maybe 2 weeks depending on how busy I am and how much work is involved with launching new blogs.
