With the discussion about having one central feed for your blog, with themes and plugins, I am wondering if it pays in other terms, not just in convenience for the webmaster.
What I am trying to say in 1000 words or more, is does having all your themes and plugins load from one central location improve the loading speed of your blogs on other servers, or does it slow it down?
After all, we want the surfer to SURF, not wait for stuff to load, and I wonder if maybe we are compromising that aspect, by trying to simply make our task easier?
