"This Site May Harm Your Computer"

"This Site May Harm Your Computer" shows up under one of my domains on a Google Search Engine. It turns out, it was a piece of code that was on my index page that I had no clue was there. I removed it, but now, months later, it still shows up.

I went into Googles "Webmaster Tools" area and asked to be "reconsidered". I was wondering if anyone knew how long that might take?

I noticed the same thing happened to gaybeef.com recently. Made me go search all my sites.
