There is a new plugin, one I haven't tried yet, but it is supposed to allow you to manage your themes, plugins, for several different blogs, from just one admin log in.
All Details HERE (http://www.dcoda.co.uk/index.php/downloads/wordpress/wp_oneinstall/)
I am leaning to perhaps trying it out, because it really is a bitch to have to upgrade and manage the themes, plugins, for several different blogs on different servers.
IF I am reading this plug in right, it will allow a person to run different blogs on different servers, serving them from one. This is for Wordpress 2.5 Only, I think.

Looks good. Similiar to the system I use for having all my blogs in 1 installation location.

If you do use it, let us know how it works out, curious as I am thinking of trying it out, but I don't know, I am one of those that gets paranoid about possible headaches with stuff like this, specially when the instructions are written in geek speak.. lol

Movable Type has that as a built in feature. You can manage multiple blogs, all the content on all blogs, Themes, Plugins etc all from one login / admin screen.
The mos impressive feature is that you can see all content used on the site, anything uploaded it has thumbs for and you can easy grab it again to reuse it.
Sorry.. i hijacked this thread.. I guess im just a bit lonely and want others to use (suffer) Movable type.

Since the forum owner started a trend by hijacking this thread.....
BlogsOrganizer does this too, it an incredibly simple piece of software that is very effective for managing multiple blogs, both blogs created by BO as well as third parties (WP, free hosted blogs, etc). And you are not restricted to one location, you can setup blogs on as many different servers around the world.

In another life, when I was doing a lot of posting on a 'straight forum' they kept saying I was always hijacking threads. which naturally wasn't true, but not like I can even get a chance on this forum... lol
Moveable Type does sound good, and maybe I will take a look at it, just so Bjorn won't feel lonely, because I am blond, and would be pestering him endlessly on 'how do you do this or do that or how does that work' questions...:D
