Thanks Bjorn, it's going slowly, but I am doing better each day. I just have to let myself have the time to heal up and not get frustrated that I'm not 100% fixed and able to boogy all night long just yet!

thanks everyone, yeah I am trying to stay away from the computer today. Its been a great day so far, a morning at the spa followed by a 5-star lunch. Well, I am off for some cocktails now!
