A friend of mine that does lots of "domaineering" or whatever told me that a domain I regged (10bucks lol) is worth something in the $x,xxx range if it went to auction...
There's NOTHING there right now and I just regged it about a month ago so... since all you fellers do gay sites what do you think it's worth? JUST the domain with nothing on it.

yeah that's what I was thinking as well. Since it's not "gayporn.com" or something it's more of an "eye of the beholder" situation.

Yeah, to the right person it may be worth a lot. But finding that person is the hard part. I'd turn it into a great mgp if I was you.

You would be surprised.
If you want to try and get the $$$, try sedo, then do Monkier when they have an auction.
Like they said. Great name, you just need to find the right buyer at the right time.

Walter is absolutly right, its a great name but only worth as much as someone is willing to pay for. Its about finding the right buyer really.
I check out http://www.sedo.com and see how much it would be just to atleast list it and try it out. If its free, then why not try.

You can always get it appraised at Sedo as well. I think it's like $30.
i'm a tad confused on what would go in the jock niche. Can you put niches like muscles/hunk/etc in there or is jocks strictly set as "sports" and whatnot?

You could put them in there. Just jocks tend to be younger. upto 25ish. But if you go on Manhunt there are 40 year old jocks (or so they say). Think a college muscle boy.
Come to nyc and goto a club and you will see all the Chelsea boys. Most are jocks.

nice domain, but imho domains aren't worth $x,xxx unless they are developed. Maybe do something with it?

nope sorry man. Gallery templates is something I stay away from. It's the same amount of work (approx) as a blog/tgp design but at a MUCH lower rate :no:
anyone else care to throw in their 2 cents?
