Webmaster Promotion

I was thinking of putting a promotion together to recruit new webmasters to our VOD sponsor program. One of my friends suggested that webmasters use allot of scripts. So my question is: What scripts do webmasters use? I have no idea so any help on this would be great. I know statsremote are some good guys and we could give away a month membership to their service. What do you guys think about them or any other suggestions? We can't give away photoshop so please be realistic.
