I used to have one, but I cannot seem to find it. I need to rename images, and also do batch thumbs. Anyone have any good free programs that do this?

BUMP. LOL. I had one, but got a new laptop and can't remember the name of it. I did a search and found my own thread, so figured I would just bump it instead of making a new one.

after a serious long term learning curve, I taught photoshop how to do it. lol.. Recording an action, even tossing in a watermark. If you got hours to kill, go for it! Probably faster to keep hunting though. Seems like you shouldn't have to re-invent the wheel to do something so simple ;)

I use Arles to do this kind of stuff. But it is also a gallery generator.

Yep it does batch size conversions, and can do rename and resize at one swoop. It really is a good program, and I love it being FREE. whistle

One more vote for Arles. It's indispensable for creating galleries and for basic manipulation with pics (thumbs, resizing images etc).
