If I recall correctly, it wasn't that long ago since we saw the last Google Dance, but today I noticed the PR has increased on a lot of my sites.
I know that a lot of people will say that PR has no importance, but it really helps to get valuable blog trades.

You are right, something has happened. But its unclear what they actually done. To me is seems as if they gone back to how it used to be before the last PR update.
Traffic all seems to be the same but almost all sites who went from PR5 to PR4 in the last update, has now gone back to PR5 again.
Might it just not be a reversal of how google calculate PR?
But ofcourse its always nice to see a increase, unfortunatley there seems to be little change in traffic up or down.
