Saw this tv documentary about mens problems, and they mentioned that were meant to check ourself for testicular cancer. There's a handy video here to show us how to do it - and the guy is pretty cute too!

Apparently only 5% of us bother to check ourselves but if caught early its really treatable so im going to I think.

It is definitely serious. I have a lump on mine and have to have the ultrasound next week! So do check your balls!!

I have to be honest, Ive never bothered. I know woman are better at checking their breasts than men are at checking our balls. I wonder why us men are so useless at this sort of stuff.
