anyone have a how-to guide for do it yourself RSS feeds ?

I have a site where i would like to offer some RSS feeds everytime it updates etc but as its not in wordpress etc i dont know how to do the RSS feeds myself..

Does anyone have a good guide that tells you how to do RSS fees in php or perhaps a script that does it that is available for free use ?

Is this for affiliates to use? The easiest way is to use software like Blogs Organizer with the affiliate module (http://www.cheapestadultscripts.com/affiliates/click.php?ref=likemind&page=http://bo.cheapestwebsoftware.com/).

not really, i just want to be able to offer my feeds to surfers for their "feed readers" and submit to feed sites etc..
