you have looked at any time in your cancellations?
this month I have 1 cancellation reason "Spouse called in about charge" :D
how of true are the reasons? maybe when the member cancel the membership select from CCBILL the most stranger reason lol

I just use to select whatever came to mind. Most paysites I don't even know why I cancelled. I just felt like it I guess.

i never look at them as i dont think they add anything to my world... but must admit the one you listed above is rather funny

There are only three I pay attention to - "satisfied customer" or "not satisfied with content" or " income issues" - the rest are all BS IMHO!

they add a lot to mine. an high percentage that say "not satisfied with content" means that something in the member area needs improvement.
i never look at them as i dont think they add anything to my world... but must admit the one you listed above is rather funny

over the 90% of my cancellations are "satisfied customer"
the rest are "only interested in trial", "problems speed", "income issues", "not satisfied" etc...

that's good. but if a webmaster sees 25% problems speed, it could help him find an fix an issue.
