We are looking for FULL and PART TIME professionals to help with general projects, technical support for hosting customers, and network/server admin work.

Skills required:
- Linux (RHEL v4/v5) server administration (moderate to advanced)
- Mac OS X server administration (beginner to moderate)
- Windows Server 2003/2008 and IIS server administration (beginner to moderate)
- Cisco routers and switches (basic to advanced)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Typing (moderate to advanced)
- Organization and self-discipline to complete projects without supervision
- Understanding of e-commerce applications and workflow
- Understanding of firewall and PCI Compliance issues
- HTML (basic to moderate, for troubleshooting client tickets, not necessarily to do web design)
- Perl, Bash and PHP scripting (basic to moderate)
- mySQL and phpMyAdmin (basic to moderate)
- Experience with web hosting automation tools a plus (Plesk, Virtuozzo, HSPcomplete, cPanel, Ensim, etc)
- Ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities as needs arise
Duties include:
- Setting up new servers and server applications
- Helping monitor and troubleshoot, fix server issues
- Updating servers to ensure 100% PCI Compliance
- Setting up and managing new client accounts
- Answering support calls by phone, online helpdesk ticketing system, and Live Chat
- Managing nightly server backups across all servers
- Work on network and server projects, including but not limited to, MRTG, Nagios, Cacti, server backups, load balancing, media content delivery... etc
- Being available for "on call" duties outside of regular office hours, as needed
The position can be a "work at home" if you are self-disciplined and can handle working on your own, unsupervised. We are also looking for UK based support professional but a relocation package is available for the right candidate interested and willing to move to San Diego. We maintain servers in the US an UK.
Salary is open and will depend on your experience and qualifications. We offer medical, dental and vision insurance coverage, as well as paid vacation and personal time off, profit sharing and other benefits. Salary range is from $30,000 to $70,000 based on salary history, certifications, and experience. Rev Share available after 2nd year of employment.
