just I test my site strong-men.com and all the exclusive Videos and DVDs in mp4 formart are 100% compatible with iPad and iPhone ;-)
you can stream the vids or just download and then synchronize.

the only part not compatible is the bonus content, the plugins from other companies are not compatible :-(

nice one, but being compatible and being optimized is a different thing. All our sites have been compatible for ages, but we are only now releasing versions of the sites that are optimized by changing the layouts of the tour and the members areas, changing the default delivery of videos for mobile (lighter weight wtih h.264 plus smaller screensize), etc, etc...

You are onto a good first step, now you just have to take the next one :)

I'm working in a new layout for movile devices, but for iPad maybe is not necessary, only take off some WMV or Flash links, the iPad screen is big :-)

HunkMoneyLuke, you see sales from mobile sites?

I agree, its not necessary for the iPad as sites tend to work well in full version on those. Yeah, we are seeing sales from mobile sites, we only have the 1 released right now, but we have 2 more ready to go for this week plus working on loads more too. Once those are all setup and running, I can give you a better indication of mobile sales.

Last month mobile was less than 1% of my traffic but ended up being 8% of my income.

Nice stats, and who couldn't use an 8% lift in their income these days!!!

how to find the site people who buy a mobil suscription?
perhaps browsing on his laptop or desktop computer, and then to buy a mobil suscription for his mobil device?
I'm not sure how to promote a mobil site

Last month mobile was less than 1% of my traffic but ended up being 8% of my income.

The problem is, unless it's large volumes of data, i.e. 100s of sales that percentage is quite a miss represenation. Say you have 10 sales per day, and 1 of those by pure chance is a mobile phone sale that gives you a 10% average with mobile sales. But you might not have another mobile sale for another 7 days..

What I mean is, the lower amount of sales you have the less accurate any statistics you get from them is.

Comparability aside, what do you think about the Ipad? Do you like it? It is any good?

I like it for surfing and playing... to type on it is quite hard for me as I write with 10 fingers at a rather fast pace.

But the screen is big enough to watch a video on! ;-)
