Hello,
yesterday I had fun registering 96 new domain names and installing 96 copies of WP (and then seeing a bugfix update! :grrr:). Now I have a problem: posts in my blog network.

Updating those blogs every day with one post I need 700 posts every week. That's not a problem. I promote something like 15 - 20 sites of 5-6 programs. Usually every program does 2-8 updates every month. After first month I should have finished contents to write about.

Looking for a solution I found two ways:
#1 using a post several times, maybe in different days or different weeks, for different blogs

#2 writing different posts about the same shoot/set

What's your opinion?

IF search engine traffic is important to you (it may not be), you'll get duplicate content penalties if you use the same post at multiple URLs. They're pretty sophisticated in how they calculate duplicate content - it's about identical chunks of text. There are ways around it others here are better able to talk about, but just be aware of the issue.

Even on the same blog you have to think about the fact that the same text could appear on the home page, category pages, tag pages, archive pages, and the post page itself. You can use robots/noindex meta tags to guide the spiders, but it can be an issue 'cause it's not handed by WordPress (or any other blogging software) out of the box.
