Okay a couple of weeks ago the ATM ate up my ePassporte card, and I'm still traumatized over the event. Every time I have to stick that card in, I'm literally shaking with fear that it will happen again. If that makes me a drama queen, so be it.
Recently I received a payment for something, and I can't tell if the payment has been cleared to withdraw.
Let's say I transfer $20.00 from my ePassporte Wallet to my to ePassporte Visa Virtual and Visa Electron.
When I go to the Online Statement of my account, and scroll to ePassporte Visa Virtual and Visa Electron transactions of recent activity it will say Available Balance: US$20.00
However when I look at the line that displays the actual transaction, under the heading balance it says 'Pending'
Is that normal? Or is there something screwy with my account?
The reason I ask is because I do not want the ATM to eat up my card again if there is something wrong with my account.
I tried emailing Michael at ePassporte and he is away until Monday.
Any help anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated.
