Email spoofing

It seems my hotmail address is being spoofed. Anyone have experience with this and how I can deal with it? If you receive emails from it that look unfamilar or things are strange, I apologize very very much.

I think this is coming from a certain forum I became a member of last year. I've been getting some pretty consistent spam via PM and contacted the owner but nothing has been done about it. To the owner - I PMed you on here several day ago, please deal with this.

Do you mean spoofed, as in impersonated, or hacked? ...they appear to have your contact list....

I have no clue what's going on here. Help! I'm on a totally fresh install of Windows that's only a few hours old. So I don't have a virus.
