I have been very happy with the staff at CCBill, but the issues with the WMS are just too much. Affiliates are not happy with it, which means they are reluctant to pormote my site or any other site that uses it!
Can we get together and tell CCBill their WMS system needs to be dumped? :bang:

I don't think you need to convince us, why don't you contact CCBill Paul (http://www.gaydemon.biz/member.php?u=30) and tell him you want to go back to legacy. Most of the people here don't run paysites, or they aren't signed up with WMS, so the mob with flaming torches isn't going to be very large.

ROFL at the mob with flaming torches comment... but yea, most often taking the problem to the people that can fix or introduced it in the first place is the best way to go about something.

It's been stated on various boards by some big affiliates that they don't like it... I was under the impression that it was still in beta.

I've also seen threads on various boards where people DO like tWMS as well.
It is not in beta, but in spite of all of our testing, we ran into some issues when we migrated existing programs into the new system. and, yes...bugs. Rather than dump it, I think fixing it makes more sense, given the features in the system.
Anyway - to deal with the main point of the thread from Collin - You do have the option of running your affiliate program on BOTH systems side-by-side.
The tried-and-true CCBill Affiliate System, as well as the new, advanced WMS. They each have their advantages - and would serve all affiliates.
I just contacted CCBill to make certain that our sites are currently not in line to be converted to WMS.
I've seen it and tried using it as an affiliate and it truly is horrific.

CCBill WMS is a royal pain in the ass for affiliates and Paul couldn't help me for weeks, he always had to contact a programmer guy and finally gave up getting back to me ;)

According to Gary from CCBill, above:
You do have the option of running your affiliate program on BOTH systems side-by-side.
When you change or add the original affiliate option, please let us know. I'll be glad to try selling your site again. But WMS is just not doing it for me, and I've tried.

Well I don't like WMS, but I get redirected from the Legacy system. So I'm stuck with it. Can someone from CCBill tell me how I can go back to Legacy as an affiliate? WMS isn't updating very often for me and well....it says I haven't logged in since November 6th 09 and I'm there pretty much every day. LOL.
CCBill Paul?

Well, the move back to the Legacy system has been very good for us!
Each individual site should link you back to their legacy system sign up page. Until a content provider goes back to the Legacy an affiliate can't go through it to promote them

Can't say I've had any issues with the new system. As long as the money comes in, what else do we really need from them?
