the best IPSPs are ccbill and epoch, these both offer built-in affiliate tracking systems.

Now I see why you didn't get back to me when I asked how to sign up for your affiliate program :)

In addition to CCBill and Epoch there's DHD which site owners seem to love, and Verotel which is not as well loved but still widely used. There are also full-service affiliate programs that manage everything for content producers - My Gay Cash and ZBuckz are two I work with and respect. I've passed your info to Roger at My Gay Cash - so you'll probably hear from him soon.

CCBill is the best. I also use Verotel. Some who use Epoch seem to be happy with their service as well.
