I kid you not, with the beta of 2.9 about to be out, the final release due end of next month, here comes 2.8.6 and no notice about why either.

So until they clear it up, I AM NOT UPGRADING. :bang:

Hopefully more info on WHY there is a new release, will be forthcoming, but until then, I am holding pat.

Supposedly there are two exploits, that only logged in users can exploit, so in reading between the lines, I figure if I have registration turned off, and no subscribers, I can wait till 2.9 comes out, or 2.8.7, whichever comes first lol

lol. Chuck just recently upgraded all the blogs to 2.8.4 and the next day .5 came out.
