Whether hand written by yourself or someone else, rss fed or whatever - how many blogs do you personally own and operate?
Are they niche specific? Multi-niche?

Just three main ones...
rawtop.com (bareback) (http://www.rawtop.com)
wilywilly.com (condom, solo) (http://www.wilywilly.com)
twistedpig.com (hardcore fetish) (http://www.twistedpig.com)
They're basically divided based on things that don't mix. So barebackers don't want to see condoms, and then it's a split between 'clean' and 'dirty'. There is some overlap, but not much.
I have a few others, but they're just experiments that don't get much attention.
Only 2 here, both small but niche specific

I’m still struggling with my first one. But I’ve got 6 others (niche specific) waiting to get going. I can’t fathom some of you managing 100+… My head hurts just thinking about that concept.

Oh I can relate to you on that one. While I maintain about 20 blogs for others, I only have 10 of my own and that's certainly tough enough!

only one, GayDemon's Porn blog (http://www.gaydemon.com/blogs/) - the rest isn't real blogs a such, just left overs and what my systems create as extra pages on my sites: QueerPixels Blog (http://www.queerpixels.com/blog/) and Pornisation (http://www.pornisation.com)
I've set up 20 blogs on their own domain which get updated regularly and a bunch of free blogs (thumblogger, blogbugs,...)

have 2 but both are splogs that autogenerate based on scripts...
i am getting geared towards making my first real blog though.
