I would think your CCBill rep should be able to help you out. Nice site, btw.

are you asking how to set up an affiliate program through your processor or are you asking how affiliates/affiliate programs work in general?

Sign up for Jake Cruise. Copy what they do and just add flv as a video format for promo videos.

You need to provide 'tools' for other webmasters, who will in turn promote your site, either on a revenue sharing basis, or a pay per sign up one.
You need to provide things like banners for your site, free hosted galleries, content they can use, movie clips in flv, wmv, and all the linking information for them. That's just a rough list, there is a ton more.
Affiliate Program is where others do the work for you, in a sense, but you still need to do your own 'in house' marketing.
You get other webmasters, by advertising on boards like this one, and in having an affiliate area (preferable secured so surfers can't get in) where you offer your promo tools. You link to your tour, a small bottom link, for 'webmasters' which in turn leads to a sign up page with ccBill (as I am assuming that is who is setting it up for you)
The bottom line is, you need to find other webmasters, to promote your site, as well as yourself promoting it.

ps/ look at successful sites that have affiliates for an idea, such as Hunksmoney, Blake Mason, Zbucks, etc.

That's a really nice site and I like the niche too. Rawtop and Gaystoryman give good advice here on getting an affiliate program going. Get some video and screencaps (if you have them), together first for affiliates to use to promote you. wmv and flv are best. Try to make the quality decent - no less than 512kbps, but preferrably 1Mbps if you can, with a good codec - and I recommend no narrower than 480px in width.
Glory hole sites are very rare in the gay biz as you might already know. Get your tour in full working order, get the affiliate program going, and I'm sure a good amount of us will join your program. I know I will!
One last thing, don't put advertisements to other sites on your tour. For affiliates to promote you there can't be any traffic leaks. If you plan to do link trades and/or advertise on the tour, have 2 tours - 1 for regular surfers and 1 for affiliates to send their traffic to.
Best of luck with this and keep it up. That is a great looking site you've got there. You're well on your way in my opinion.

1. Read the threads and talk to people on here to understand what affiliates need.
2. Set up your affiliate scheme with CCBill and ask someone sensible on here to check it over
3. Get some promotional content together - banners, pics, clips.
4. Search on google for "gay glory hole" or something like that to find blogs, directories, TGPs, review sites that are alreay promoting sites in this category, or related categories. Ask them if they'd like to promote yours. Send them regular content. Eg gaydemon.com has a gloryhole category.
Can I ask if people think pay per film works as a business model for a this site? Do surfers buy several films at once? If not, many affiliates won't bother with a share of a single $1.95 sale. Consider whether a membership model would be better for affiliates and you.

I have to agree with Q1sites here...
While your site looks interesting... I wouldn't pay $1.95 for a 4 minute scene - I would go to a tube site and get it for free. You are not "tantalising" the surfers enough.

personally i'd much rather promote a paysite than a video rental site - especially since each video costs so little. other pay per view sites work differently and there can be more money to be made, partly because to watch a video you have to buy a block of time. with your site, that doesn't make sense because of the low amount of videos.
so why not just a regular paysite?

The affiliate marketing world in general is quite competitive these days, from both ends (as an affiliate and as a program, competing for affiliates). I think you should either hire an experienced affiliate manager or else be prepared to spend a while reading and learning (mainly through adult webmasters boards like this one). I would also suggest signing up as an affiliate for a couple of programs at least, and see how things look from the affiliate point of view. If you have a members area, you should be able to sell these to your customers from there and make an extra buck too.

I agree with Basschick. Do a regular paysite. AEBN and the like make alot of money because they offer so much for customers to view. You can't compete with that. If each customer is worth $1 (after you've paid your affiliates) you will need to put the sports car on hold for a very long time! Do a paysite and give them lots of updates and you will get rebills. Then you can upsell to AEBN and Live Cams to make even more.
As an affiliate, I don't find a $1 sale that attractive unless they are going to buy tons of them. IF you must do it this way, at least make them buy blocks of time so it's more attractive for both yourself and your future affiliates.
