Sudden increase in text/banner sales

It's amazing. The last week my sales from text and banner links has increased at an astounding rate. I have to wonder what that's all about. It's almost like you get a sudden surge of surfers who've never seen those banners and/or tours before and the cc's come out.

Do you get this sometimes too?

My sales tend to be very stable. Haven't even noticed a summer dip. This doesn't fit in with what is happening elsewhere, so find it odd.

I think these anomalies just happen from time to time.
