I had a site issue where the script wasn't searching the database but it was intermittent. It wasn't showing an error, just not finding content that I am 100% sure is there. When I hit refresh it would all load perfectly. It seemed like a mysql issue there end so I made a ticket.

They said it was a coding issue (which indeed it turned out to be) and actually got a senior teck to look through my php script for me.

WTF? I can't imagine a host ever doing that. That is totally not their job.

To me, that is incredible service and way beyond the call of duty.

Similar experiences with them here. They've gone far above and beyond what I ever expected. Not only during my move a few months back but ongoing as well.

I host with them and they are always very responsive and seem to really care which is certainly RARE!

I bought a commercial script that Web Air wanted to charge me $125 just to install. NatNet installed it for free in 10 minues and pretty much did the same thing with it as they did for you. In fact, I actually told the guy that wrote the script that he had a bug in the script and he fixed it (thanks to NatNet).

Actually tonight they did a script install that needed loads of server add ons - which they took care of. They kept me updated with the installs a couple of times telling me that it was taking longer than they'd hope (and the reason) and that they would keep me informed.

They probably should charge for that service.

I'm really falling in love with them. I used to think that they were all hype but their support blows me away everytime.

They sound like a great host. Certified used to be like that, but since they expanded, things have changed a bit. They're still better than most, but 3rd party script help or anything of that nature they won't touch anymore unless they refer you to their outsource tech team - who charge you extra for the work.

I think I will be looking into NatNet very soon.

NatNet is a great host, I just wish they'd put out a bonafide webmaster referral program!
