Help Needed

Hi,
we are looking for new webmaster to help promote
our website. We update every week, but still need some
more help with the site. Right now, we have about 17
hosted galleries plus banners.

We are kind of new to this business, and don't have
so much experience in gay niche...

If there is any sweetheart, who can help us, to run the
site little bit better I will appreciate it.

Any advices, and comments are welcomed.

I'd say you'd need a lot more than a few fhgs, and banners to get most interested.

Also, Gay is a market, like Straight, blowjobs is a niche, not gay.

You need to see about more affiliate tools, like clips, content in zip files, feeds, and more. Affialites need good tools, lots of them, to help properly promote any site.

What are the details of your program?

rev share, rebills, split fees, etc???

Welcome. I have to agree with the comments so far, pretty good looking site, but when content is updated only once a month or even less frequently, what is the incentive to buy a recurring monthly membership? It's cheaper for the surfer to buy/rent a DVD. Without giving any information about your webmaster program, webmasters won't sign up to promote your site.
